The Plan
Cast on 104 stitches (~15.5 inch collar) and join in the round
Rows 1-10 (or more as desired) k2 p2 repeat until end of round
Rows 11-13 k2 sl2 repeat until end of round
Switch color (green)
Rows 14-24 k2 p2 until end of round
Row 25 Join with cast on by k2tog with secondary color
Row 26 Switch directions (so that the secondary color stays on the inside)
k16 (half of the back) m1r pm k1 m1l, k20 (right sleeve) m1r pm k1 m1l, k30 (front) m1r pm k1 m1l, k20 (left sleeve) m1r pm k1 m1l, k14 (other half of back) optional BOR marker.
Row 27 Knit 1 round
Row 28 Knit until first marker, m1r, slip marker, k1, m1l, repeat until end of round
Row 29 Knit 1 round
Row 30 Knit until uhhh short rows
